Today my housemate-to-be met the house owner to nego~ the rental...
This owner dont want to nego~ the price at all but still want to stick on his price RM1500..
The owner also tell her.. the price is not included with the maintainance!
means.. any damage in the house is at our own risk..! perghh.. she told me..
everything in the house like furnitures is not a new brand... only 2 beds is a new one..
she think there's could be something not right... she dont want to take the risk on paying the maintainance cost when we stay stay there... dah la mahal!!
haishhh...
